白峰の温泉は、つるつるになる美肌の湯♨️
寒くなってきたこの季節、
温泉で温まり、美肌になりつつ、
秋の屋台めしも楽しめる
お祭りが今年もやってきました。

紅葉（黄色やオレンジ色多め）の山に囲まれた
白峰の、にぎやかな１日でした。

　　「放楽相撲」と奥山の秘境

地域が大いに盛り上がる「放楽相撲」（奉納相撲）と、
秘境のわさび園でのリラックスタイムが、
1泊2日のツアーになりました。

先着２名のモニター（ツアー代金が無料😳）も

今年も、山の師匠と
焼畑で「ななぎ大根」を育てています。

奥山で暮らす「出作り」の人々の
生きるための技を、
地元の人々や若者たちが体感しました。

今では大根は、お店で簡単に買うことができます🤔
そんな時代に「なぜ、焼畑を受け継ぐのか？」
汗をかきながら、参加した皆が
考え、実感する機会となっている気がします。

焼畑といえば、やはり火入れ🔥が
迫力がありかっこいいのですが、
自然の力だけで育つななぎ大根は、
芽が出た後の「間引き」🌱がとても大事です。

そして、間引きをした若葉（すぐり菜）は
シャキシャキとした歯ごたえと
爽やかな風味が最高です🌱🌱
ななぎ大根ができるまでの間も、
そんな楽しみがある、奥山人の暮らしです。
