– Cook a mountain-style meal using seasonal ingredients: millet rice, miso soup, side dishes, and more, enjoyed around a traditional irori hearth

Dinner: A mountain feast featuring Hoonko
A Buddhist-inspired meal using rice, wild vegetables,
and mushrooms nurtured by the waters of Mt. Hakusan

【Day 3】A Journey Through Water and Life — Traditions and Nature of the Hakusan Foothills
